With over a decade of experience in the ICT industry, I have developed a robust skill set and experience as a systems administrator, managing complex systems across various domains, including payroll, banking, payments (transaction processing), analytics and data warehousing. My expertise lies in system management and administration—ensuring high availability and performance of critical systems—and project management, being involved as team lead for various critical projects to meet the organization’s goals. In my recent role, I transitioned into a managerial role where I am leading a small team of 11 professionals who comprise of business analysts and system administrators managing and supporting a number of core applications for the Bank of Papua New Guinea focusing on strategic planning and team leadership to deliver key projects for the bank. I am passionate to learn new skills and technology, particularly cloud technology and cyber security and am open to opportunities within the ICT space and outside as well to leverage my experience within a dynamic organization.
