CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER
- Product Knowledge: Ensure full awareness of all products provided and stay updated on any changes, amendments, and product features, procedures, and processes.
- Customer Education: Promote loan products by providing customers with consistent, accurate, and transparent information, helping them make informed decisions.
- Sales Achievement: Achieve assigned sales targets and actively contribute to the overall team's success.
- Marketing Involvement: Proactively participate in loan product campaigns and promotions to increase product awareness and sales.
- Industry Awareness: Attend trade shows and conferences to exhibit products/services and stay informed about the latest industry trends and offerings.
- Problem Resolution: Handle problems, queries, and complaints raised by clients, staff, third parties, legal institutions, and relevant agencies as required, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Financial Counselling: Conduct loan interviews and provide financial counseling to customers when necessary, assisting them in managing their finances and making responsible decisions.
