Guiding Institutions through the establishment and eventually to the accreditation process
This includes assessing an institutions candidacy to establish as a provider of Higher or Technical Education in Papua New Guinea.

This is done in the Office and Presented to the A/Sec for Comments then to the Commission for Higher Education
Report writing is done when assessing an institution to present to the National Higher Education Quality Assurance and Accreditation Committee (NHEQAAC) which is a subcommittee of the Commission for Higher Education (CHE).
Submissions were drafted for agendas that were put through NHEQAAC which were eventually either endorsed or not by the Commission for Higher Education.
