I was interviewed and onboarded as the Senior Database Officer in August 2019 and as the on IT staff. Shortly after joining as the Senior Database Officer, I was offered the position of Manager of Information Technology. In this capacity, I led significant IT initiatives, including the installation of LAN infrastructure during office relocations, the procurement of IT equipment, and the successful migration of email services to in-house administration. I developed critical systems such as the PNGX Market Data Dashboard, Commission Cheque Printing System, and Online HR Payroll Filing System, which enhanced operational efficiency and streamlined processes across the Commission.
In 2022, I transitioned to the role of Manager of Market Data while also serving as the Officer-in-Charge of the Licensing and Supervision Division. I have since focused on improving operational workflows and regulatory compliance by developing systems such as the Client Queries Management System and Task Registry System.
