I love touch rugby. A sport that i grew up with and I always find time for a game. Walking has become part of me as I get older, walking is more a healthy lifestyle. We had our first dog, his name was boots. This dog is my best friend and but he passed away. 

Accomplishments

  • Collaborated with Head of Department in the development of Key Strtagic relationships with my employers. I was actively involved in identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating MOUs, and working across teams to translate these relationships into measurable commercial outcomes.

    Key partnership initiatives I have led or been directly involved in include:

    - Mortgage Broker Partnerships (Kina Bank, Papua New Guinea): Initiated and executed MOUs with two mortgage brokers, expanding third-party origination channels and increasing home loan deal flow.

- SOE Partnership via Kumul Consolidated Holdings (National Banking Corporation): Executed an MOU with Kumul Consolidated Holdings, enabling employees across SOE entities to access preferential lending rates with NBC. This strengthened institutional relationships and delivered new customer acquisition and portfolio growth.

- Nambawan Super Limited Partnership (NBC): Executed an MOU with Nambawan Super Limited to support NBC clients using housing equity. This partnership became a strong value proposition for customers and directly resulted in NBC winning business from competing financial institutions.

- Insurance Partnership Initiative (NBC): Initiated discussions with the CEO of Pacific MMI to explore insurance cover for all NBC loan customers. While the initiative did not progress to execution, it reflects my proactive approach to identifying complementary partnerships that enhance product offerings and create non-interest revenue opportunities.
