On line quality assurance of double chamber tea bags (Perfecta, Constanta, IMA), Pyramid tea bags & loose tea packets with fully automated environment,

Inspection of incoming materials such as packing materials, tea, flavors, fruit & chemicals,

Application of QC tools & Statistical Process Control techniques (6σ, DPM Defects Per Million, Cp, Cpk…) for the various quality improvement / kaizens,

Training & orientation of the machine operators, technicians & labor to maintenance of hygiene, HACCP, safety, quality defects, good housekeeping practices according the Unilever standards,

Act as the auditor in factory & third party packing sites as well as verification of the change over, CCP, CQP, OPRP & PRP in the factory,

Implementation quality management system such ISO 9001, GMP, GLP, TQM,

AQL & other aspects 5S & TPM,
