• Do interviews with the applicants and do screening of the interview with the managers of the respective departments
• Keep record of daily stock in the office update stock list

. Communicate with other departments if any of the hotel guest raise a complaint with the hotel and we assist to send feedback once resolve
. Provide reports or feedbacks to the duty manager for the day or shift if there is any complaints or issues whilst on shift.
. Work alongside with other Junior Officers to collect and collate information and to implement the APEC meeting Logistical preparations
. Assist in research and assist scope road with works team and prepare report to senior officers with costings and they in turn make submissions for funding
. Responsible in taking meeting minutes and assist in drafting work plans for approval by senior officers
. Coordinating Transport movements and managing transport fleet
. Providing regular reports to senior officers and managers on the status of the execution of plans which were monitored by the division, and eventual reports to executive management
. Other duties as directed by immediate manager, director Surface Movements and other members of the senior management
. Prepare rooms for Guest checking in the resort
. Assist in the kitchen during lunch and dinner doing dishes and prepare staff meals.
