As Founder & Director of Chayil Information Technology, I spearheaded the design and deployment of innovative, offline E-library and E-learning systems tailored to Papua New Guinea’s education needs. I led end-to-end project implementation — from planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement to technical installation and user training. Under my leadership:
Over 50 schools across PNG were equipped with customized digital libraries and offline Moodle platforms, empowering teachers and students with curriculum-aligned content.
I coordinated with provincial and national education authorities, secured funding from partners like BSP, MPs, and development agencies, and ensured alignment with PNG's educational goals.
I managed teams across technical support, training, and content development, ensuring quality and sustainability of deployments.
I developed voucher-based Wi-Fi access systems using FreeRADIUS and IIS-hosted local servers to ensure secure, controlled access to offline content.
My work earned national recognition, including the 2024 PNG SME Award (Ela Motors Award).
