Do overhaul and maintenance on mash filters plates, clothes and O-rings (gaskets) after asking Heineken for specialist assistance.
Maintenance on heating and cooling plants.
Do service maintenance on different types of heat exchangers (tubes & plates).
Assist Atlas Copco Specialist doing yearly overhaul/services on four industrial Atlas Copco air compressors and also Scantech Refrigerator Specialist on overhauling four Sabroe Ammonia Compressors for two weeks.
Worked with two Pentair Valves Specialist on overhauling of three-way actuator valves for two weeks and was trained on how to do manual stitching or reset on the control.
Train on how to read and do troubleshooting on SKADA process control program, just recently MONTELEKTRO migrate it to BREWMAXX control system.
Run new pipeline for DAW water with a COREWELD high pressure pipe specialist for two weeks.
