- Execute planned and unplanned and also do Corrective, Preventive and Predictive maintenance on Bottle & Depalletizer, Washer, Filler, Pasteurizer, Labeller, Packer & Kister and to Palletizer.
- Carry out various tasks on brewing, filtration and utilities machineries such as Malt bucket elevator and screw conveyors, Silo Tanks, Wort heating and cooling vessels, pneumatic control system, pumps and motors, single and double acting actuators valves and sensors, etc.
- Do daily, weekly and monthly checks on machine conditions, and raise Failure Tags, Energy consumption Tags, Safety Tags (Near Miss), 5S-Red or Green Tags, etc. and escalate to remove Hazards before it becomes a near miss or accident.
- Monitoring and attending to breakdowns and minor stops on line and do Break down Analysis (BDA)/RCFA to rectify and eliminate issues.
- Step in to assist shift utilities operators to look after Treatment Plants, two Cummins gensets, Carbon dioxide (CO2) and Ammonia compressor plants operations.
- Do overhaul and maintenance on mash filters plates, clothes and O-rings (gaskets) after asking Heineken for specialist assistance.
- Maintenance on heating and cooling plants.
- Do service maintenance on different types of heat exchangers (tubes & plates).
- Assist Atlas Copco Specialist doing yearly overhaul/services on four industrial Atlas Copco air compressors and also Scantech Refrigerator Specialist on overhauling four Sabroe Ammonia Compressors for two weeks.
- Worked with two Pentair Valves Specialist on overhauling of three-way actuator valves for two weeks and was trained on how to do manual stitching or reset on the control.
- Train on how to read and do troubleshooting on SKADA process control program, just recently MONTELEKTRO migrate it to BREWMAXX control system.
- Run new pipeline for DAW water with a COREWELD high pressure pipe specialist for two weeks.
- Assist Contractors to do some of their projects on site.
- Do purging on glycol line and tanks and other chemical treatment plant.
