My name is Samantha . I am a widowed single parent. I grew up and lived in Lae most of my life . After completing high school and college I joined Air Niugini as a flight attendant. I am a very Dedicated Flight Attendant with extensive experience at Air Niugini, adept in emergency care and interpersonal communications. I moved down to ground operations after having my first child . With ground operations I have excelled in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring passenger safety, and enhancing the travel experience. Proficient in aviation regulations and emergency response, demonstrating a strong blend of technical knowledge and soft skills. I have been working with air niugini ground operations here at nadzab for over a decade now , I have vast experiences and knowledge in the travel industry as well as the logistics of travels. I am trained and certified in both sales and reservations as well as check in duties. I have done check in, issued tickets , issued electronic receipts for clients , did pre-checks for a lot of frequent flyers and business travelers.
