This role is responsible for the strategy, design and development and implementation of People’s Micro Bank retail products. This includes:
• Developing products by identifying solutions for customers,
• Conduct market research,
• Generating product requirements,
• Determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for products introduction, and
• Developing marketing strategies
• Work together with IT to implement products.
Key Responsibilities
• Testing and researching product’s effectiveness and impact on the market
• Requires excellent communication, presentation, coaching and leadership qualities to take responsibility in providing superior quality service,
• Identifying and defining the target customer’s needs and using this information to develop solutions,
• Oversee product strategy development and defining the steps required to bring the product to fruition,
• Collate data and provide monthly reports for retail Deposit/Savings, Transactional and Lending products,
• Know customer needs through research and market data,
• Assess competition by comparing products,
• Determine product pricing based on market research, production costs and anticipated demand,
• Drive product launches including promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
