• Managing KCH energy, ports and water portfolio worth approximately K2 billion (US$600 million).
• Reviewing SOE Annual Operating Plans including budgets and CAPEX programs.
• Financial Review of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports for SOEs.
• Preparing various NEC and Board Submissions for SOEs and KCH.
• Team Leader, 50 Mw Port Moresby Gas Power Project with Exxon Mobil under Tax Credit Scheme with GoPNG.
• Team member of the 180 MW Ramu 2 Project Hydro Project worth US$750 million 2013 Commercial Lawyer Independent Public Business Corporation (www.ipbc.com.pg).

• IPBC acquiring additional shares in Bmobile worth USD 85 million.
A successful IPBC negotiation team that negotiated and completed IPBC’s acquisition of additional shares in Bmobile made IPBC the majority shareholder with 85%. Transaction documents reviewed and negotiated include IPBC Share Subscription Agreement, Bmobile Shareholders Agreement, Bmobile Shareholders Deed and Bmobile Company Constitution.

• Bmobile Company Secretary and Legal Counsel (Seconded from IPBC September 2013 to May 2014) (www.bmobile.com.pg). Reporting Bmobile Board and Attening to all Legal Issues. Negoitated and executed the partnership agreement between Bmobile and Vodafone PLC in London UK.

Some key projects undertaken in IPBC includes the following:

• Port Moresby Grid Power Upgrade Agreement with LR Group worth US$2.63 million
• Ramu 2 Hydro Power Feasibility Study worth PGK39 million.
• Naoro Brown Hydro Power Feasibility Study
• Pom Port Relocation Project to Motukea K800 million

• NPCP is the third-largest equity participant with 16.5% behind Exxon Mobil and Oil Search Limited in the US$20 billion PNG LNG Project (www.pnglng.com).Some of the experience gained from working with NPCP includes:.
• Providing in-house legal advice on commercial law matters relating to the PNG LNG Project.
• Areas covered include project financing, oil and gas contracts, insurance and sales and shipping contracts.
• Negotiating, reviewing and drafting contracts, including Gas Sales Agreements, Deeds and other commercial agreements on behalf of NPCP for the PNG LNG Project.
• Reviewing and negotiating with other project partners in relation to tax benefits (Allowable Capital Expenditure (AEE) & Allowable Capital Expenditure (ACE)) for NPCP.
• Team leader of NPCP’s Commercial department Commercial Opportunities Working Committee (Multidisciplinary committee comprising technical, legal, commercial and finance personnel’s).This committee is involved in identifying and studying new business opportunities/ventures in the petroleum industry for the company.
• Preparing board papers for NPCP’s board approval of major expenditures and activities for the PNG LNG Project.
• Reviewing and negotiating on behalf of NPCP, the US$90 million Hides Coordination Deed between Oil Search Limited and NPCP and other license holders including Exxon Mobil and Santos Ltd for upstream Pipeline Gas purchase.
• Proved successful working within tight deadlines and fast-paced atmosphere.
• Prepared a variety of different written communications, reports and documents to ensure smooth operations.

• The above organization is a nonprofit organization that deals with environmental issues. Attending court cases and managing in house legal matters for the clients who are indigenous landowners.
• Developed team communications and information for meetings.
• Worked closely with Community Affairs Team to maintain optimum levels of communication to effectively and efficiently complete projects in rural areas of Papua New Guinea
