Experienced Corporate Services Manager with a passion for community services and humanitarian development. Currently deployed to the Eastern Highlands of rural Papua New Guinea, in service to MAF by supporting the non-profit organization in the effective oversight and management of various departments including Human Resources, Administration, Quality and Safety and Community Development Outreach. Other adhoc duties include strategizing and the participation on projects that will ensure the expansion of community outreach and the sustainability of the organization and its activities.


My career growth has developed through financial and administrative roles alongside my passion and heartfelt desire to see people and communities grow and prosper.

  • I currently oversee and manage a range of internal departments including, HR, Administration, Quality and Safety, Facilities and Guest Services.
  • Aided in the development and implementation of a Human Resources Department and its activities within the Goroka programme.
  • Aided in the development and implementation of the Quality and Safety Department in the Goroka Programme by spearheading and taking the lead in safety culture activities, policies and procedures.
  • Supports the organization in its long term ministry goals for sustainability and expansion in PNG, such as workforce development and other community focused activities.
  • Actively participates in and leads senior management meetings that direct, guide and implement major goals and organizational activities.

  • Analysis of hundreds of lines of train data to "compensate" franchise train operators for their loss of revenue due to essential track maintenance required on the national UK railway infrastructure.
  • Calculation of the of loss of revenue and financial reporting on compensation by issuing periodical statements to major stakeholders.
  • Effective stakeholder management by maintaining the relationships between train operators and Network Rail. Organized regular meetings to discuss contractual updates and resolve customer queries.
  • Reporting Manager duties: managed a small team of compensation analysts by aiding in the training and development of team members. Supported my team in their stakeholder relationships and oversaw work performance.
  • Kept up to date with contractual amendments and changes in mathematical formulae used to calculate revenue reimbursements.
  • Other staff management duties: resolved HR issues, conducted monthly staff 1-2-1’s, target setting, aided in personal development and managed staff sickness and leave.

Chernobyl Children’s Charity

  • Whilst employed for Network Rail, I took part in 2 weeks volunteer leave working with children in Belarus who were affected by the Chernobyl Nuclear Meltdown disaster.
  • My activities included providing entertainment, interaction, care, and attention to children with physical and mental disabilities living in orphanages.
  • I assisted in implementing new strategies for interacting with the children, by collaborating with a team of other volunteers and leading on group decisions.

  • Responsible for the oversight, investigation and completion of personal injury claims made by road traffic victims who were involved in accidents with uninsured and untraced drivers on UK roads.

  • Independently managed a claims portfolio against a strict guideline of KPI’s and legal requirements.
