  • Develop detailed scope of works packs for structural, mechanical, piping as well as civil works.
  • Develop detailed material take off list required for construction
  • Procure and track materials and equipment hire required for the project execution
  • Do quality check reviews on Materials, equipment and pre fabricated items

  • Assist schedulers in building construction schedules
  • Track project cost in SAP
  • Develop High level estimates and actual cost estimates
  • Resolve all technical queries and requests for information, ensuring compliance up to American and Australian Standards.
  • Communicate with clients and coordinate with various teams such as design team, operations team, etc during project planning and scope out stage.
  • Develop project risk assessments
  • Doing daily contractor management for projects we hand over to contractors
  • Verify contractor daily timesheets for equipment and labor hire hours.

  • Develop traffic management plans
  • Coordinate with various teams involved in the project, during construction, ensuring they are all aligned and compliant to Australian, American and site standards.
