Bank paid incentive of K5000 for successful eviction and collections.
  • Mobilized more than 30 Community Based Organizations (CBO) within Vanimo and Aitape Lumi Districts of West Sepik, conducted microfinance training, issued certificates and lend micro loans which greatly helped all informal and rural populace maximized income and improve living standards.

Biggest loan submitted was K900, 000.00 in 2012 where management’s expectation was to be submitted by certified employees with accounting background. That achievement reflects motivation and ability to learn on- job and achieve positive outcomes. Being adaptable, punctual and able to work over- time including setting priorities and being organized and by ensuring effective communication among employees and supervisors met management’s expectations.
