- Mobilized more than 30 Community Based Organizations (CBO) within Vanimo and Aitape Lumi Districts of West Sepik, conducted microfinance training, issued certificates and lend micro loans which greatly helped all informal and rural populace maximized income and improve living standards.

Being adaptable, punctual and able to work over- time including setting priorities and being organized and by ensuring effective communication among employees and supervisors met management’s expectations.
