A Business Management graduate with 4 and half years experience working as a HR Officer with Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF PNG) and with 2 years experience working as Warehouse Supervision with KalexInvestment Ltd. In my current role as HR Officer with MAF I had a greater exposure in all the HR functions in a private organization. I do advertisement for new job opening, screen and shortlist applicants, schedule interview, prepare contracts for successful applicants, do offer letter, and conduct interview. I do time sheet entry to our time clock system and confirm with pay role through power BI. I also update Job Profiles for all the staffs in our staff profile data base. I liaise with our Administration officer in Port Moresby to get the Work permits for our Expat staffs. I record and keep track of internal and external trainings that our staffs attend and provide training summary report to Department of Labor and Industrial Relations every year and training plan every three years. I also do travel and reservation arrangement of our staffs duty travel and other travels.
