I am overseeing more than 15 employees in office and maintenance areas. Yanamundi Real Estate specializes in Property Management and Valuation in general. As a General Manager I am managing the company day in day out and managing all managed properties plus employees and general operation of the company. Further, my tasks includes managing leases, make sure rentals collected on time, maintenance requests are attended, new property listings are secured, etc., etc. We have offices in Lae and Mount Hagen and currently managing more than 15 properties in Lae and Mount Hagen.   • Write business letters in professional manner to clients and tenants regarding rental reviews, monthly maintenance inspection, lock-out notices.
  • Organize and teach staff to work professionally and in convenient manner to make sure quality client service is rendered

  • Provide rental and valuation quotations to the clients when and where necessary.
