  • Was appointed Program Manager/Coordinator by the Enga Provincial Government attached with the Department of Treasury under the Labour Mobility Unit (LMU)
  • Coordinated and facilitated the travel of Enga seasonal workers to Australia
  • Ensured interested applicants documents sent from Wabag met all requirements as stipulated in LMU, Immigration and Australian Home Affairs protocols
  • Arranged Visa Medical check referrals, payments and ensured everything was up to date per protocol for participants to do medical checkups as designated by Australian Home Affairs accredited Medical facilities such as Pacific International Hospital (PIH) and ASPEN Medical Centre
  • Cross cultural training and coaching to prepare participants physically and psychologically to adapt with the new lifestyle, what is expected of them by employers and to caution them to refrain from negative attitude/behaviour that could compromise and portray a bad image of the province and country
  • Arranged logistics and accommodation for participants to transit and travel
  • Coordinated at the International boarding departure lounge checking to ensure participants Passports, boarding pass and Immigration forms and credentials were properly filled and protocols were followed
  • Checked their luggage to ensure censored and/or prohibited items were not carried that would jeopardize their travel
  • Compiled an Excel Spreadsheet categorizing participants from each of the six (6) Districts in Enga, zoning them into their villages and LLGs
