• Quickly reset and cleaned up tables after customers left to enable speedy turnaround and guest flow.

During this work experience I was involved in researching information about a historical figure in Spoleto: Achille Sansi.

I liked very much this experience, because it has been interesting to find the Sansi's private diary and a book with all his poetries.

By the land registry I even found the houses where he leaved and the streets he used to write about in his owen writtens.

At the end of this researching I organized a local tour for the Spoleto citizens among the streets I studied about.

The tour had a fairly good success, such that the national tv decided to do a short service about my presentation of the palace Leti-Sansi concerning the history, architecture and art decoration of the ancient rooms inside it.
