• Service as Action is not only a subject taught at Woodford International but community based program. As a class and or a group of students we raise funds to help or provide a service to needy people. We also organize and have so far provided services to the Red Cross schools, various schools outside Honiara as well as the Christian care center for Women. Students also do a lot of Advocacy projects, direct and indirect service.

• Roles include organizing events for participants, sorting out entertainment the games. Also dealing with logistics of performers, confirmation of performances and venues as well as supervising and training personal working under my supervision.

• Role includes organizing and setting up performances in the correct order liaising with liaison officers and Delegations in charge of each contingent while in Papua New Guinea and in charge of all technical people, equipment on stage.

• Roles include; Musical director for School musicals, head of music dept. responsible for three full time teachers and 9-part time teachers for the after school lessons which included some 160 students. My role also include writing, training and implementing the music program as well as purchase of musical instruments and the payment of all part time teachers. While at Tabubil international School I was the schools covid 19 officer representative to the mine. ( OK Tedi) I also taught ICT, Service and Action and Personal Development International School.
• While teaching at the Port Moresby and Murray International School I was also doing part time teaching with the Music Department at the University of Papua New Guinea. Teaching instrumental studies and music theory.

• The role included managing and liaising a team of 5 with participants from other Pacific countries to facilitate stage and performance requirements. The role also included setting up, training and organizing all technical, MCs and Stage managers. Also included was the hiring of all service providers for stage and sound plus all MCs (Master of Ceremony) and Stage managers.
• Appointment done outside of Work hours and during the School Holidays

looking after the main stage at Sir John Guise, the traditional singsing groups and the arts and craft market.
