With 9 years of experience in diplomatic missions and development programs, I am currently serving as a Project Manager at UNDP PNG. Prior to this role, I have held positions as a Project Associate and Project Administrative and Finance Assistant. In my current capacity, I am tasked with overseeing the day-to-day management of project implementation. Additionally, I serve as a liaison/protocol officer when accompanying the UNDP Resident Representative on missions pertaining to the Environment Portfolio. I have also taken on the role of Defacto Project Manager for the Spotlight Project, providing guidance and leadership to the team. Through my leadership, we were able to significantly increase project delivery from 2.5% to 97% by the end of December 2020.
