Officer Commanding of Bravo Company and involves commanding, managing and leading four platoon commanders of company of 120 men. Reporting directly to the Commanding Officer, I have responsibility of managing Combat Engineering assets, servicing, maintenance and training of personnel. Executing the CO's Command Philosophy and Command Guidance. Training would cover four aspects of military engineering which are mobility, counter-mobility, survivability and sustainability. This included international engagement with foreign partners in training either in-country or overseas. Operations for the company included basic security operations and also military engineering operations including military high-risk search, UXO disposal, EOD training on wartime ammunitions dealing or deferral.
