Officer Commanding of Bravo Company and involves commanding, managing and leading four platoon commanders of company of 120 men. Reporting directly to the Commanding Officer, I have responsibility of managing Combat Engineering assets, servicing, maintenance and training of personnel. Executing the CO's Command Philosophy and Command Guidance. Training would cover four aspects of military engineering which are mobility, counter-mobility, survivability and sustainability. This included international engagement with foreign partners in training either in-country or overseas. Operations for the company included basic security operations and also military engineering operations including military high-risk search, UXO disposal, EOD training on wartime ammunitions dealing or deferral. Basic small arms weapons training and range compatibility.

• Developed and delivered training programs on engineering principles and field operations.
• Conducted hands-on demonstrations to enhance soldiers' technical skills and safety awareness.
• Assessed trainee performance and provided constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborated with senior staff to refine training materials and ensure alignment with military standards.
• Conducted international liaison for PNGDF trainees and provided cultural representations for PNG and the PNGDF
• Instructed Australian Military and Combat Engineer Reserve and Fulltime trainees

• Provided governance in military engineer training of basic recruits from Goldie River Training Depot to Field Engineer Basic Training Initial Training
• Conduct Training to qualify new Military Engineer recruits
• Support to Basic Recruit training and Special Forces training

• Commanded Vertical Construction Company and managed trade training for apprentices and their progression
• Led initiatives to streamline operational processes, enhancing efficiency and team collaboration.
• Mentored junior staff, fostering skill development and promoting best practices within the team. Led a new concept of in-house apprenticeship training from streamlining 4 years of apprentice to less than a year qualification with constant OJT and qualifications.
• Developed and implemented training programs to improve employee performance and adherence to PNGDF and industry Safety Standards.
• Analyzed workflow data to identify areas for improvement, leading to enhanced productivity outcomes.

• Support Commanding Officer's Office program and create and manage his appointments
• Guide Officer's Training and discipline in the Battalion
• Manage daily security scheduling of the battalion security routine
• Conduct weapons checks and dress inspection of guards
• Spot check of officer's accommodation and managing Commanding Officer's vehicle's and Office needs
• Give guidance to Operations Officer's and Battalion 2IC's decisions based on the CO's Guidance

• Managed three blade teams (plant equipment sections)
• Managed the timely upkeep and maintenance of the Engineer Battalion's million-kina plant equipment
• Provide plant statuses on weekly to fortnightly basis and operational effectiveness of the troop
• Provide Plant guidance to the horizontal construction tasks
• Conduct personnel interviews, welfare management and pay administration
• Conduct plant training for current and future tasks and carrier progression training
