  • Providing technical advice on gender equity, disability inclusion, social inclusion and safeguards to energy and social infrastructure projects and programs.
  • Mainstreaming of gender equity, disability and social inclusion and safeguards in all stages of project planning design, procurement and implementation and reporting. This is mainstreamed through application of GEDSI & Safeguards Action Plan to ensure that partners, contractors in projects applied the principles of gender equity, disability inclusion and social inclusion and safeguarding in all infrastructure programs and projects.
  • Lead, coordinated and hosted all staff advocacy events such as International Women's Day, EVAW Day, Mental Health event for staff etc... have exceptional logistical skills about hosting high interactive events both virtual and in person events.
  • Lead on developing and/compiling advocacy and communication products, materials and resources such as infographics, brochures, fact sheets, guidance notes, checklists, reports and other documents relating project implementation
  • Lead on communication and engagement with the national disability assembly including working with the people with disabilities to develop content and production of communication products to ensure disability inclusion in development and infrastructure space
  • Lead and provide overall coordination of GEDSI & Safeguards mainstreaming in all sectors of economic and social infrastructure program including establishing communication processes, systems, managing and updating data for effective reporting.

  • Conducting training, awareness and workshop on family and sexual violence, gender-based violence, child abuse and/or child protection and, related laws supported by AUSAID through Pacific Women to almost 8 districts in Morobe province. From the 8 districts of Morobe, 13
    LLGs including villages, schools and health centres were reached. From the same project, it was extended to Unggai-Bena District in Eastern Highlands where two more LLGs were trained and educated about Family Protection Act, Lukautim Pikinini Act and Family and sexual violence and Child Abuse.
  • Assisted almost 20 women and children with disabilities who were survivors of sexual abuse and negligence to access services in Lae. And almost 3000 plus people in rural areas came to Lae to access the services and got supported.
  • Effectively and successfully hosted International Disability Day celebration 2018, 2019 and continued to support people with disabilities over my three years of working experience.
  • Engaged in delivering COVID-19 awareness supported by ELCPNG to (PLWD) people living with disabilities in Lae, 2020 as well as supported by providing PPEs.
  • Through UNDP COVID-19 funding, support was extended to Disable Home in Lae, Morobe Special School and some people living with disabilities in communities in Lae. PPEs, taps, and water basins were provided to PLWD for their accessibilities.
  • Conducted training to government officials under UNDP Spotlight Initiative about Family Protection Act 2013, Lukautim Pikininini Act 2015, Child Protection, and sensitization training on family and sexual violence to Lufa and Daulo districts in Eastern Highlands province.
  • Determined needed and relevant interventions based on each client's cognitive abilities and current needs.
  • Pursued quarterly growth targets through strong leadership, analysis, problem-solving, team building, and coaching.
  • Established and implemented sustainable and diverse funding strategies to support financial and operational objectives of organization.
