• In 2017, AES offered me to be part of their team to expand and double the capacity of its port to meet the demand for shipping and logistical support.
• Established a Rate Structure and generated revenue that helped finance the port expansion
• I trimmed a team of 53 down to 43, introduced multi-tasking mode with affordable incentives
• Initiated and gradually achieved a trained and certified group of Stevedores, equipment operators, warehouse and administrating staff
• Reviewed and revised outdated Policies and Procedures and processed related certification and licensing
• Set up a system for mandatory inspection of port cranes and equipment and used existing excess staff to revamp the transportation department
• Reorganized the Stores / Purchasing section into an amalgamated Inventory, warehousing and QA section
• Engaged cost-effective and land, sea and air transport service-providers. Saved 12% off operational budget.
• Trained my focal staff to monitor and update Mechanical, Electrical and Camp departments' order status.
• Manage Operational and Capital expenditure budgets. Maintaining Inventory levels for critical items.
• Review Tenders and Contracts to ensure AES has secured a fair and balanced outcome.
• For the past 7 years, overall profitability every year had shown a growth of an average of 8 %.

• Company Overview: Headed the field Materials and Logistics duties of Talisman which had 3 supply bases in PNG, two remotely located and one in Port Moresby as their main depot
• Was pivotal in all 3 bases to operate the Supply Bases with optimal process flow with 3 vessels, and air logistics.
• Implemented Materials Management processes/procedures, warehouse restructure, planned and achieved appropriate yard layouts, DG segregation and waste management process.

• Coordinated with Drilling team for material planning movements per Project timeline with QA checks and manifests
• Achieved zero downtime and avoided rentals from 3rd party providers.
• Tracked P.O.s, expedited and did material audits.

• In late 2014, transferred to Motukea Supply Base to lead a larger functional Supply Base.

• Company Overview: At Oilsearch, I worked with them to provide Shorebase support for one Onshore Trapia well in Tari (Hela Province) and 3 x offshore wells in the Gulf
• Supervised the construction of a support base on an open hill top as a complete Staging Supply Base without a covered warehouse, limited space and wet conditions
• Negotiated agreements with various Landowners to pave safe transport route for trucks
• After completion, did a 50-day stand-in cover in Kurdistan at Taza-1 well site in Iraq.
• Appointed to help set up support for 3-well offshore drilling campaign. Set up a purpose-built Oilsearch-funded Shorebase inside AES's site in POM to meet Oilsearch's project plans to drill 3 wells offshore.

De-mobilized two vessels filled with Third Party drilling equipment from POM to Australia without revenue loss to Oilsearch.

• Company Overview: Horizon Oil was contracted to construct a medium sized LNG Plant at Western Province to provide power to Ok Tedi Mining as well as the province
• Reporting to the Project Manager and Civil Engineering consultants oversaw and controlled the logistical movements of supplies and machinery from Kiunga Port to Plant site

• Performed the functions befitting an Onshore Supply Base Logistics Supervisor for a drilling program of 16-wells and carried out a timely and productive supply program with giving assurance and nil downtime for a rig which was running on a project timeline and financial accountability
• Coordinated with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods, minimizing stocks
• Enhanced supply chain efficiency by optimizing shipping schedules and routes
• Reduced transportation costs by negotiating favorable contracts with carriers

• Joined Woodside Energy Australia to manage its remotely-based Karatha Supply Base, WA to operate and manage a Supply Base with port to support 4 x Offshore rigs and a Production Platform
• In charge of an Onshore crew of 10, an offshore crew of 10 x Logistics Coordinators and 3 x support Supply vessels
• Operated a warehouse and large yard that stored drilling and production inventory plus 3rd party Contractors' project equipment
• Worked with rig-management personnel to prepare material load out as per project timeline
• After one year, I was promoted to a role of Logistics Manager at it's Perth HQ to perform a complete management of its entire drilling support functions
• Planned crew rotation, new hire contracts, KPI, procurement and expediting

• Headed a team of 290 personnel in Caspian Port of Hazar in Turkmenistan to support 2 production fields and a drilling rig in the Caspian Sea.
• Reporting to the Field Manager, took charge of 6 vessels, its port, lay down areas, 2 warehouses handling equipment, a Floating Crane, Crew vessels, pipe line and platform construction material with unlimited other duties.

• Served as point person for any materials-related issues within the company, addressing concerns promptly and effectively to maintain smooth operations
• Improved material traceability by introducing barcoding systems and electronic tracking tools
