Post PNG Limited is a national postal service that delivers mail and parcels across Papua New Guinea. It also specializes in Logistics services of air-freight, ocean freighting, cartage and customs customs clearance of import and exports.  As a Business Manager, my role was to oversee the development and implementation of products and services in the business. I worked with teams from various departments to create product offerings that met market trends and customer needs.

During my time with Post PNG Limited, I had the opportunity to manage the launch of new products such as Mobile Phone Salim Moni Kwik (SMK) and assisted in the enhancement of existing product offerings. I also played a significant role in optimizing the cost structure of the business by implementing various cost-saving measures.

One of my main challenges as a Business Manager was managing different stakeholder expectations while ensuring that the products and services offered maintained a high standard.
