Operation Business Unit:
1. Reliability and Condition Monitoring (December 2022 - February 2023).
- Successfully carried out Pinion and girth gears Tooth Profiling.
- Provided assistance in collecting vibration analysis data from rotating equipments for CM Engineers to analyse.
- Observed and assisted in carrying out Pump Alignment, and Ball Mill Liner thickness measurement.
2. Crusher and Conveying Maintenance (February 2023 - July 2023).
- Contributed to quality assurance initiatives by performing QAQC of the Conveyor tail pulley change out.
- Assisted the Lube technicians to carry out Lube inspections, Conveyor Drive Gearbox oil change out and pulley bearing greasing.
- Assisted the maintenance team to complete an Apron feeder liners change out, conveyor roller change out, sump pump change out and Conveyor Tail Pulley change out.
- Contributed in condition monitoring of the crusher equipments by providing assistance to the Reliability Engineer in terms of vibration data collection.
3. Processing Asset Renewal (PAR) Interface (July 2023 - Present).
- Developed technical documentation including SWP's, and CBA's for use in the upgraded Flotation Circuit.
- Wrote and revise maintenance procedures.
- Designed budgets and cost estimates for projects with speed and accuracy while working closely with clients, drafters and employees to determine best courses of action.
- Managed multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to safety, detail and accuracy in work output.
- Developed my SAP User skills progressively in Master Data and Planning.
