I am a seasoned professional and business owner with a proven track record of leading and growing organizations, particular landowner organization in Papua New Guinea. I am committed to building and motivating teams.
I have worked for both the private sector and public sector. I am familiar with the legal frameworks for both private as well as government owned companies.
I am a Lihirian from the Unawos clan, one of the six major clans on Lihir Island. Outside of work, I am focused on my family, which includes my extended community.
I have successfully managed my consultancy business called Albatross Integrated for over 10 years. We have worked with multinational companies, local companies, government agencies and community based organizations.

The Compensation and Relocation Agreement (CRA) for Lihir Island is a state-sanctioned process involving multiple stakeholders signed in 2019, including Lihir Gold Limited (LGL), Newmont Corporation, the Nimamar Local Level Government, and the New Ireland Provincial Government. The agreement aims to address the impacts of mining activities on the local communities by providing compensation and relocation benefits to the affected landowners. The CRA package involves 13 tenement holders who benefit from K60 million annually. The role is to:
The Morobe Provincial Government's Position paper on Wafi-Golpi documented MPG's position on the benefit sharing arrangements and for the provincial government as well as the landowners.
I led a team who drafted the Position Paper and presented it to the Provincial Executive Council (PEC). The paper was approved in draft and handed over to the new governor when the government changed in 2022. The paper has since been presented to the Prime Minister. My specific role was to:

Apart from my work and family, I am conscious about where I come from and giving back to my community.
I am the founder and president of a sports associated called MV St Roberts Sports Association, based on Lihir Island, in New Ireland Province, Papua New Guinea. The association services about 400 young people through sports, primarily in Touch Football and Volleyball. This year we are introducing soccer. We have 16 teams, both male and females. Our association involves corporate houses and government agencies like the polices. Our sports competition has become a highlight for our remote island community.
I have also assisted in donating accounting and compliance services to other community groups like the NGO 'Days for Girls'. Days for Girls colleborates with community organizations to create and deliver washable sanitary pad kits to girls in remote schools.
For 5 years till December 2023, I was on the board of Central Safety and Workwear, a company based in Sydney, Australia who specialize in work safety apparel and equipment.
