Summary
I am currently engaged as a Electrical Engineer with PNG Power Limited, based at the Head Office under the Specialist Engineer Transmission and Distribution. In this role, I have overseen the Kilakila 10 MVAr Capacitor Bank Project and contributed to the Konedobu, Dobel, and Taraka Substation Upgrade Projects.
My work has given me extensive hands-on experience across all high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) systems, including switchgear panel connections, feeder and distribution integration, auxiliary transformer installation, and underground 11 kV cable terminations for capacitor banks, transformer busbars, and feeder lines.
Alongside technical execution, I have managed administrative responsibilities such as fund requests through ERM, BP, Cheque Requests, and Travel Requisitions, ensuring compliance with PNG Power Limited’s internal approval processes. This combination of technical expertise and administrative competence has strengthened my ability to deliver reliable, safe, and efficient outcomes in complex electrical infrastructure projects.
